If you are struggling with anxiety, fears, uncertainty, lack of confidence and you need more clarity on your life path, I am here for you, with techniques appropriate for each client and meant to create that transformation of the way of thinking, feeling, and living.
My approach is based on four directions:
During the sessions I bring you back in the present moment, where you can connect to the resources you need to meet your objectives.
The first step towards change is reconnection to ourselves, to our emotions. I guide you in identifying what happens in your body when you are in a stressful situation. I use Compassionate inquiry, the psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Mate.
Once reconnected with yourself, I guide you towards unlocking the stuck emotions, limiting beliefs and thinking patterns.
Transformation comes from living more consciously, more aware of what happens around you, inside you (mind and body) and in your life. Transformation comes from freeing yourself of patterns and mechanisms which are no longer useful for you, in discovering that you have the power to choose. Transformation comes from the inside.
How does a coaching session take place?
Each session starts with an intention: what do you want to get out of the coaching session? What is the present situation and how would you like it to be?
Then, during the coaching session, I will ask questions so that you can find your own answers and inner resources. I will also guide you towards your body, to what you feel, to identify those blocks which stop you from living the way you want.
How long does a session last?
One coaching session lasts 60 minutes.

Considering anti Covid-19 measures, the sessions are held entirely on-line, through Zoom. You can also opt to use Google Teams or Skype.
How often do I need to do the sessions?
It depends a lot on your need and your struggles. There are people who prefer once or twice a week or others every other week. My role is not make you become dependent on me but to find those inner resources so that my presence is no longer needed.
